When you apply for a role, we may collect the following information:
- Your name, contact details, and CV/resume
- Employment history, qualifications, and references
- Right to work documentation
- Responses to application questions or assessments
- Any additional information you voluntarily provide
If you are offered a role, we may also collect:
- Depending on the role, a Basic DBS Check via the Disclosure and Barring Service or a basic credit check with a credit reference agency
- Health information provided through a pre-employment health questionnaire
- Equal opportunities information
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Assess your suitability for the role
- Communicate with you throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct pre-employment checks (e.g. references, right to work)
- Maintain records of our hiring decisions
Who Has Access
Your data may be shared with:
- Our internal recruitment and hiring teams
- Third-party service providers who support our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment process
- Legal or regulatory bodies where required by law
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain applicant data for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you request otherwise. If you are hired, your data will be transferred to your Fourth Hospitality employee record.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
